Hi, I recomend you the MORPHXIT book by Steen Andreasen:

Also, I dont know if you work for and end user of a microsoft partner. If you are in the first place you can download all the official trainning material from Customer Source at microsoft web site. If you work for a partner, of course you should get the material from Partner Source microsoft website.
Also you can look at Amazon were are 2 books. One for Axapta v3.0 and another for 4.0.
