Import Worksheet

Hi,

Navision Runtime 4.0 SP3.

First I export all table objects from a Navision DB to a .fob file.

Then I import the .fob file in the same Navision DB.

In Import Worksheet some objects have Action = Merge: Existing<-New.
Why is that?

The objects have not been modified between my export and import, and the "Modified" field in both the .fob file and in the Objects List is set to FALSE.

You never know with the import worksheet why it does what it does. It could be because of a timestamp, because of a difference in BLOB size, and any other reason. Unless I am merging tables that are not in the license, I always use the replace option.

To make absolutely sure there are no differences you will have to compare the text object files.
