Changing Depreciation Methods

Hello,
I have two questions concerning the depreciation in Navision:
- The Japanese tax office request to change from the declining balance method to the straight line method when the depreciation with the DB method is below a certain guaranteed amount. This amount is determinded with a table. Does anybody know if there is a Japanese localization pack calculating the moment of change using that table?
- Is it possible to change the depreciation method from DB to SL manually for selected items? What would have to be considered?
