Business Analytics-Unable to remove and create the database

Hi,
I have installed BA Basic. I have runned the BA Configurator successfully many a times. Suddenly when i tried it recently the BA Configurator stopped at "Create SQL Server Database" and displayed a message " Unable to remove the database BA for MBS Navision. Drop failed for Database 'BA for MBS Navision'"
Kindly, anyone of you tell me why this happened so. Do i need to change any setups in SQL.
