Employee portal error 10121

while modifying the shared web part.I am getting this message
"Communication error (10121): Unable to write to job queue. FormatName:DIRECT=OS:COMPUTERNAME\private$\nep_request_queue
"
If this is the problem of queues.Then guide me thru the steps to remove it.
I dont know from where we can modify queues.
thanx in advance.
Additional info:NAS is working properly

    Hi,

    did you ever read the manual.

    Go to the web.config and set the job/request queue to the right computer name OR the TCP address. If you do not know how to do this,
    LUKE USE THE SEARCH in the forum. I wrote a lot of posts about how to identify communication problems.
