VAT amount for Partial receipt and Invoice

Hi all,
If I partially receive a Purchase order, attached with it VAT structure,
the VAT amount which is getting posted is 100% i.e. for the complete Purchase order.
VAT is posted every time for the complete purchase order.....
Is it a bug?
