Hello,
I need to generate from a Job Journal Line with Type Item, the corresponding Job Ledger Entry but not to generate item ledger Entry, because the Item is rented, doesn't go away from the company, when it's used in the project. I've found there is a field in Job Journal Line, called "Job Posting Only", that at first, seems it's good for this purpose, but I've tried to use it and obtain a very strange behavior. From a single Job Journal line, the system generates a lot of Job Ledgers Entries, as many as Item Ledger entries registered before the post process.

You are able to modify the Job Posting routines so that when this flag is set, you don't make ILEs.
Wouldn't it make more sense to create an Item Transfer to some location that represents the Job? That way you keep the item on the company's books (since its rented), but you can use inventory management to know where it is?
