Any difference between DEVII (4.0) and DEV II (5.0) ?

Dear All,

I get the Preparation Guide from Microsoft that dont have any change between 4.0 and 5.0.

So, i dont know any difference about the question bank between them?
Any body took the DEV II (5.0 verision)? Can you suggest?
