UK Reverse Charge Sales List functionality 5.0

Microsoft recently released a update to meet certain requirements in the UK for reverse charge items to prevent fraud.

My general question is has anyone actually installed or applied this, As i have no clients who fit the requirements for this i have yet to see it in action, any comments ?

On June 1st, 2007, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is introducing Reverse charge VAT accounting on a specific range of items as a means of combating Missing Trader Inter-community Fund Fraud (MTIC) commonly known in the press as Carousel Fraud. This is supplemented by a Reverse Charge Sales List (RCSL) report of these transactions.
