NAV/Navision Classic Client
I would like to ask is it possible to use NAV 4.0 (no sp) or NAV 4.0 SP2 on vista?

Without SP - no (and I recommend to not use this client on another systems too...)
SP2 - yes, with the MSSQL odbc driver hack (version change). But with limited warranty - sometime the client crash...
Still, best is to do technical upgrade to SP3 + updates.
