Objects in SQL Server

Not sure if this has been asked before coz my search returned nothing of interest or maybe my search keywords were wrong...

Where & how are the objects (codeunits, reports, dataports........) stored in SQL Server?
or
How can the application architecture of Navision in SQL Server be represented?

Thanks on behalf of my auditors

The objects are stored as a BLOB in the table "Object" on SQL-server.
