company notes setup

Hy!

I need a help!
I try setup company notes, in my own database (the database is in my own computer, not server).
But it isn't go!
I fill everything in setup window, but I not find the place, where can I write the notes in Navision! (or I can write only with M. office word, out Navision?)

Anybody used this function?

If you set the company notes correctly, and installed the templates, if you press F1 and some on-line help open, there are new hyperlinks in the header of the help to add the company notes.
