Production order wth different machines and diff. cycle time

Hi,

I have the following scenario,

I wish to produce item A (Finished goods). This can be produced using machine 1 or machine 2 but the cycle time is different. But by default i have created a routing with machine 1 and attached it with item A as most of the time i run it in machine 1.

Now a demand comes for item A for a qty. of 10000 Nos.

Due to the capacity constraint i m planning to run 7000 Nos. in machine 1 and 3000 Nos. in machine 2.

In the above scenario should i need to create two different production orders ? or can it be handled through one production order itself ? if so how ?

Can any one help me to find an answer for the above scenario ?
