Downloading NAV 5.0

RChurchillRChurchill Member Posts: 55
Hi.

I have download Nav 5.0 from the partnersource on the Microsoft Site. I took it from the section marked UK - United Kingdom (GR1). When I open the database and go to the object designer all the objects have NAVW1xxx in the version list. In version 4 the UK version had NAVW1xxx in the version list along with NAVGB... where objects had been specifically changed for the UK.

Is the download correct? Should there be a GB version?

Many thanks in advance

Rob

    HI,

Thanks for that but that is exactly where I downloaded it from.

Have you downloaded a GB version?

If so do you have NavGBxxx (where xxx is a version number) in the version list?

    Thanks

Yes i have downloaded my version several months ago,

A typical version in object designer is

Type ID Name Modified Version List Date Time BLOB Size Compiled
    2 279 Source Code Setup No NAVW15.00,LIQEM5.00,NAVGB4.00 13/02/07 12:00:00 77232 Yes

If there is something wrong with the DB that microsoft currently has then you should contact them, try downloading again would be 1st step and see if the results are the same.

    Thanks for that.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

    It's worked this time. \:D/

The last time I tried it was last week. I wonder if an error had been spotted.

A big thank you anyway. =D>

If a couple of months ago the GB link produced the GB product, and it does so again today, would it be conceivable that you might have clicked a different link?
