Error in License file

Hi,
I am not able to read the style sheet tables using customer license file. But it is running fine for our developer's license file. Can any one told me how to set permssion in the customer license file to read the style sheet table, or do we need to update the customer license file?
If yes, then please tell me the procedure how to do that?

Are you doing an upgrade or a new installation?

If you have an older customer license then it will not allow access to the new functions and objects located in 5.

If so you will have to have MS issue a new license with the correct version lines located up the top, this is a free offering to partners.
