Change Log Missing Entries

Does anyone know why change log entries may go missing without deleting them through the table.

If you mean the holes in entry nos. it is because rolled back transactions. This is because the autoincrement. If you run transaction 1, which will use entry no. 1 and 2, and another user run transaction which create entry 3, and if you imagine that 2nd transaction is commited and 1st is rolled back, you will have entry with no. 3 in the table but not entries 1 an 2.
