OLE control or Automation server error

HI,

I'm experiencing some issues regarding the invoice process. After ordering a product and starting out the receive and invoice process, i get the following error message. Please note that i'm uising navison with itis ag we, in order to build a webshop. What could be the problem here?

Why don't you contact ITIS AG? It is probably some component used by their webshop, which isn't installed (correctly) on the PC.

Hi,

Maybe the a program does not installed to your machine and the Nav function is missing a dll for the run process.

Hi !

When you install NAV client, install other components also
except database. Some of the features installs these
components for OLE.

If you are using any email feature, Then try to use Outlook 2003
