How to change menu fonts and add scroller and logo in EP 4.0

Hi all,
Can any body tell me how to increase the font size of web menu items and add a scroller and company logo in Ax4.0 EP.
Also i want to remove IE menu and address bar from the EP site.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
