GB Cash Management - Reconciled column?

Having done a Suggest Lines in Bacnk Reconciliation am I correct in thinking that the Reconciled column has no special function.

I have tried doing a posting with or without the entries ticked, it seemed to make no material difference.

Therefore, is it just for the purposes of ticking if you want to tick to help a large reconciliation?

Yes this field is to display if you have reconciled a line against its original transaction. As indicated by the F1 function it is mainly used as information flag otherwise it wouldn't let you post the reconciliation.

This would be helpful when having issues when unable to post due to unreconciled amounts.
