Mail Problems with VISTA

After the migration to NAV 5.00 the customer has a problem with a mail functionality.
The sales order is saved as pdf file and attached to a mail by using the mail codeunit (NewMessage). Sometimes after creating the mail (with attachment) the client crashes with the message "Microsoft Dynamics NAV does not work any more" ...
Any idea?
