You cannot read the property store table

Hi Everybody,
I have got a user which is having the above error message shown everytime that she opens the Navision. Even though by simply pressing ok she is given access to navision still this is a bit of a nuisance. Can anyone give me any indication regarding this error or for what this table is used since I have checked it out and I still didn't manage to understand it's role.

Turn on the debugger and see what line of code it is blowing up on. I'm not familiar with the property store table myself.
Has it been happening since they started with Navision? Did you do a mod recently to the system?
