How to add a field in List mode

Hi everyone,

On every form, one may press the LIST button in the toolbar to show a non-editable list of records.

How can I add to the list a field from the underlying table that is not available in "Show Column" ?

You need to go to the list, then go to Tools --> Designer, or Ctrl + F2.
You can then edit the list, click on Field Menu & drag the field to the list to add field, but you must have the license & permission to do that.
