Hi All
Just a quick question. I'm doing a some research on a timesheet system for Dynamic Nav which should also involve approval ect. I've come across Microsoft Snap, which would have been great but its only available for Dynamics AX.
Im looking into using a Web based app or Outlook, Sharepoint or any MS Office tools.
If any of you have any experience or comments on timesheets and Nav, pls could you let me know.
Thanks!

I thought I'd take a quick look since this is something I've played a lot with in the past - just to keep myself up to date. Here are a few to check out:

There is also a product that HP has used in New Zealand (I know they have used it but it may not be on their website...cause I helped build it). You should check out: http://www.istart.co.nz/index/HM20/PC0/ ... 6/CS210055

just keep in mind that you choose a solution from a company who has already established a foreign network of partners. You don't want to sell a solution from a company who has only a local add-on program. You will en dup in all kinds of problems, for example to build it in in a local database, release management, documentation, etc. etc. etc.
If we were to purchase a web based app, it would probably be best to deal with a UK or Irish Based company. Can anyone advise me further on this? A main requirement would also be that it it integrates fully with NAV 5 - Jobs and resourse. Something along the lines of what HP in NZ has to offer.
Im also wondering, does anyone have any exp capturing timesheets directly into Nav? This would probably be alot more limiting, regarding things like remote access and reporting?
Thanks once again!
