VAT Difference in Inward Registration?

Hi
Does anyone know how to get VAT Difference to affect Inward Registration?
When I do VAT modifications and then use Inward Registration it still calculates VAT according to original VAT Posting Group calculation.

The advantage of using Inward Registration is to register the VAT so it's pretty important that it's correct.
