Word automation

Hi,

I'm working on a project at the moment and I want to be able to open a word-document and do something with it. Does somebody know how I can get started with this?

So, if you know something about it, is it possible just to tell me how to open a word-doc from within Navision-code. (which steps).

You can use the SHELL command using which you can open a word document within Navision.

Use automation components - look at codeunit WrodManagement e.g. to see how it works. You can do almost everything with the document throug an automation component.
