NAV-Outlook Integration with Exchange Logging - Security

Hello
NAV-Outlook Integration with Exchange logging uses the Queue folder to store incoming and outgoing E-Mails before they will be processed by Navision Application Server (NAS) and stored into the Storage folder.
Only E-Mails which are marked as confidential, private or personal will not be processed by NAS.
Does anybody see in this procedure a secutity problem? In case a salesperson receives a security sensitive E-Mail from an external sender and this E-Mail hasn't been marked as confidential then it'll be processed and (in case sender and receiver are both known within Navision) archived to the Storage folder.

Microsoft says all involved people have to use the private/confidential flag in their E-Mails to prevent archiving of sensitive E-Mails. How is this case handled in reality where the sender possibly forgets to set this flag on a security sensitive E-Mail? Does anybody know a better - more secure - solution?

Thanks for any hint.
Kind regards
