BA Error-----Cannot connect to the local host

I have installed BA.
Run the configurator.
When I am trying to open BA ,I am getting an error message as
"Command=Field Structure"
Error=Request failed
Detail=Cannot connect to the server localhost.The server is either not started or too busy.
What to do now.?
If you want any clarification then revert.
