We have a client running on the NA version of 4.0 who performed a Bank Reconcilation for the first time. In working through the reconciliation, they used the help screens to help them in the process and unfortunately (as it turned out) used the link embedded in the help to fire the bank rec process.
As a result, they were taken to the WW version of the Bank Reconciliation (form 379) instead of the NA version of the Bank Rec (form 10120). In performing the reconciliation, they received an error when trying to post and print because the options in the posting report being called weren't being properly selected.
I suspect there are many other instances where the help screens may be linked to WW rather than NA functionality.
Has anyone run into this issue before, and if so, have they determined any way to easily update the help to allow for the connection to the NA specific objects in the database?
