Using NAS and MSMQ

Hi all, ( First post)
I am building a webshop for a customer of us, the only problem is that i am in need of information about talking to the MSMQ from a SQL table with data.
I have no experience with MSMQ or NAS. the things i do know about it is that NAS can read from MSMQ, and i need to build something that puts the right information in the right format in the MSMQ, but i dont know how.

So my question is:
1. In which format do i input the SQL data in MSMQ ?
2. Where can i find a list of tablenames for NAS. which ofc must be used in MSMQ.
3.(Example) When i want to export the articles(table) from Navision to the MSMQ, how can i do that.

I have a programmer who is building the communication between MSMQ and SQL. The only thing that i have to find out is the communication between MSMQ and NAS

I have used the search function and found a couple of interesting posts, but because of my lack of experience with this process i thought making a new post wouldnt hurt.
