Hi fellow Navision People --
Does any of you, know if it is possible, to kill a session from a user - i.e. We are currently having three users who are having two sessions - eaven though that they only are having one session open in their desktop.
Thankyou in advance

This is a Navision-server problem, the easiest way is to stop the Financialsservice. The problem is taht all other users will be disconnected.
But there is a few solutions that have been disussed on www.navision.net, I think they solve your problem
"I think you'll have to tweak the tcp/ip configuration:
I think you'll have to change the TcpMaxDataRetransmissions registry parameter and KeepAliveTime.
Try these kb articles from Microsoft's database: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q120/6/42.asp
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q140/3/25.asp
NT defaults to 1 hour time-out if a station is dead. On the server you have to edit the registry as follows: - look for the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/TCPIP/Parameters Add the value KeepAliveTime Type is REG_DWORD Data(Decimal) is 3600000 for 1 hour timeout.
Look for the traffic on your network after changing the parameter.

I also found a post on our NSC support page in DK.
They had a link to Microsoft:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/winresource/dnwinnt/S8516.HTM
- Thanks to Navision for that!
