In Requisition Worksheet we have one field ACTION MESSAGE.in that u have options New
Create a new order.

Change Qty.
Change the quantity on an existing order.

Reschedule
Reschedule the due date on an existing order.

Resched. & Chg. Qty.
Reschedule the due date and change the quantity on an existing order.

Cancel
Cancel an existing order

Just it is possible to create a new order. But i could not find solutions how to use remainig options. At which level we can use this remaining options.what is existing order. How to change that qty, or due date or......how can i cancel.how to do remaining transactions .Throw u r valuable suggestions to get remaining transactions. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

    You should get the warehousing training material, this is all explained in there.

    Set up an item to appear on the requisition worksheet. Load a purchase order for it. Run the requisition worksheet, it will tell you to cancel it as you do not need it, carrying out the action message cancels this. The other settings appear depending upon teh supply-demand mix.

    Please see the below cases


    Change Qty : if sales demand qty is changed, then related P.O line
    qty should get changed.

    Reshedule : If sales line shipment date changes, then related P.O. line
    receipt date should get changed.


    Reshedule & change qty : for both above reasons

    Cancel : if sales line qty is deleted or date is changed so that related
    P.O line qty should be canceled.
