Using a DLL in Navision

I wrote a DLL in VB6, which uses a visual OCX. When running a codeunit with a global automation variable linking to that DLL and when clinking on the visiual ocx in that VB DLL, I get the following error Runt-Time error '-27147417848 (80010108) : Automation error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.'
Can anyone help me please? The DLL and the native Navision DB are installed locally.
