Consolidate different date formats

I am trying to conosilidate from 2 different databases. 1 is a 3.6 database from EU and I need to import into the US but the date formats are different. Is this possible?

Dates are stored in Navision in a universal format and are displayed according to computer regional settings. So yes, you can combine that 2 DB's

It just depends on which tools you will use. If some export/import, than you must be sure that you export the data in format, which will be imported correctly...
