multi-leve manufacturing planning

Is there a way to include lower level BOMs for a make to stock item that has multi-level BOMs in the planning worksheet?

According to the manuals, it sounds like we have to specify make to order for multi-level BOMs in order to get lower level BOMs to show up on the planning worksheet.

    1. if you are using order planning window, you may not see lower level items.. you must use planning worksheet..
    2. calculate low level codes. (there is "calculate low-level codes" batch job in manufacturing menu.)
    3. check other parameters (such as replenisment system etc) on the low level item.

if you want us to help you, you must give some details about your item setup and where you are stopped during test..

you say that you read manual for setup..so i can recommend that you should read manual carefully again and follow the instructions there..
