Dear All,
Is it compatible to run Navision 4.0 SP2 on Citrix load balancing environment?
Because the users who connect to Navision through Citrix alwasy get kick out from Navision after we done the Citric load balancing last weekend.
The uses will get the message window with the following message : Microsoft Business Solution-Navision has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the invonvenience.
If you ertr in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.......with the "Send error report" button and "Don't Send" button at the right bottom of the message window.
we have checked the Citrix server console, the settings seem fine. Basically, the below describe how the load balance setup been done:
1) Citrix vendor installed Citrix server #2 (CITRIX2) by joined to existing server farm (maintained by Citrix server #1 – FILESVR)
2) After the Citrix installation, installed Navision 4.0 SP2 from Add/Remove Program (as Citrix / Terminal platform installation standard). Tested the connection – OK)
3) Citrix vendor configured load balance between both servers. Instead of using Citrix server #1 local users that created, must changed to use Active Directory users to access load balancers
4) Citrix vendor shows how to setup the rules to restrict the Citrix users for 10 users to access FILESVR (Citrix server #1) and 35 users to access CITRIX2 (Citrix server #2). Tested the load balance rules are running fine
Anyone encountered the same problem?
Thank you.
Regards
Rachel

The reports seem okay in main server, but users who connect with citrix can not get the reports completly and there are a lot of page blanks in preview of these reports.
we install SP1 first, and than we got message like"send or don!t send" so we changed it as SP2 from SP1. but again we have problems.
i informed the Microsoft. and i am waiting news.0
