Can't see certain menus - permission issues?

Hi, certain people can't see certain menus even though I have duplicated the roles under security->windows logins as well as the setup under "General Ledger".

This is very confusing and I don't know where to look.

Please ignore. Realised it's a resolution settings, primitive users running on terminals at 800x600. Is there anyway to get a scroll bar going on the menus?

There is "scroll bar". Look at last Menu group (empty box) - you can see two arrows on the right side. And you can use Ctrl+n (n is number) to switch between menu groups (if you have max. 10 groups). Or Shift+Alt+UP/Down to scroll the menu. More shortcut keys can be found in on-line help in chapter "Keyboard Shortcuts".
