I'am using the Virtual table

Performance

in order to test a network before deploying Navision on it.

The results are as follow :
NetTest with 100 byte packets : From 150 to 1400 packets per second
NetTest with 4000 byte packets : From 10 to 130 packets per second

Regardless the upgrade of traffic generated by Navision, what can we say about those results ?

Is there a minimum value required for each test ?
200 packets of 100 bytes per second ?
30 packets of 4000 bytes per second ?

Someone can help me or simply give an advise :?:

I read once (I cannot remember in which manual it was) that the minimum number of packets with 4000 byte packets should be at least 400. that means that your network is way to slow! Is it 100mbit (it should be!)?

I had once a performance test of 160 packets, and indeed, when testing navision on the client, the performance of navision was very bad.
