Upgrade toolkit 5.0 missing use of versionlist

Hi
Am I the only one that think the use of the version list in the upgrade tool is strange ?

Version List=UPGW15.00;

All the tables ind Step1 and Step2 has the same version, time and date.
So you might think they are the same.
I miss two things, the tables in Step 1 and Step 2 fob files are NOT the same, but they have same version, and to add to the fun, same date and time. Just as well remove the data and time fields then.
Would be smart if the versionlist was: UPGW15.00,STEP1 and
UPGW15.00,STEP2.
When you need to change code in upgrade tool the missing version is no fun.
Right, I made my own versionlist.
