Slowing down system!

I have this problem with my navision Attain database. It works very slowly all the time.
I have installed the server database in the new workstations "Fujitsu Siemens" and the database works slower then in the old server. I have reached at the limits of my license and i have tested my database several times, but it didn't work. I don't know what to do more.
Hope i have an answer from you!

My database is a native database.It is a 60 Gigabyte database and i am using 75 % of it.i have a fujitsu Siemens 2 dual core Procesors. 2 Giga byte of Ram.

    -Do you have the COMMIT-cache enabled?
    -How much DB-cache did you give?
    -How many DB-files do you have and where are they situated? Same or different physical drives?
    -Which RAID do you use?
