Costing Issue of Finished Item

Hi,
I have an issue regard to costing.

I have 3 items, item 1 and 2 are raw materials haveing unit cost of 20 and
30 respectively. Item 3 is a finished product composed of 1 and 2.
I have created a work center and a machine center with cost assigned to
Machine center. When i run the update unit cost in Released Production
Order the total cost is coming as Raw matl cost + Capacity cost which is
ok. I finish the Production Order. Now when i run the Adjust Cost-Item
entries batch job to update the unit cost of the mannufactured item in the
Finished production order (In the Unit cost field of the Finished
Production Order window)and in Item card becomes the cost of the raw
materials and the capacity cost is not considered. The costing method of
all the items is Average. I cant understand why this is occuring. Is there
any change required or is this the way to calculate cost. Plz help.

    before item card, check the "cost amount (actual)" field of output entry in item ledger. is that correct? if not, check cost amount of capacity ledger entries..
