Developer License for LS Retail?

We are working on the LS Retail version of MBS Nav.
We are not able to open the objects in the range 1000000 to 99000000 in the vertical range with our developer license.

Do i need to ask for the Customer's license? OR
Is there a separate developer's license for LS Retail?

Even if i use the Customer's license, i need to change licenses often(Developer's/Customer's) because:
-there are objects that are accessed by customer's license only and not developer's license
-there are objects that are accessed by developer's license only and not customer's license

Does the partnership with LS Retail provides the Developer's license that allows access to all objects(Objects under Normal License + Vertical Objects)?

If u wants to to run the LS-retail objects then there is another licence for LS-retail,u should buy that licence

I want to run both the LS Retail & Development objects(50000 range) through one license.

How do i get this license?
