Carry Out Action Message_Transfer Orders

I have several tranfer order requisition lines on the Planning Worksheet (same result from Requisition Worksheet), all with same Transfer-To/Tranfer-From,Routing Code and Shipment Date; I want all of these TO requisition lines to go to ONE Transfer Order but can't make it work - all attempts give one TO for each requisition line. Is there a solution?
