Can someone help to upgrade from Navision SP 1 to SP 2.

You need to merge the objects that you've modified, and replace the rest of the objects.

Why not upgrade directly to SP3?

Do you have any customizations?
If no just import fob file with objects from 4.02 version to your database. I think you would not have any problems because it was minor changes between these versions.
