Hi All...

Navision does not have any Purchase Requisition/ Indent functionality :( . Any idea whether Microsoft is planning to introduce the same any time??

Every project of version IN which has an Indent functionality is customized.

    It broadly includes :

Indent Entry, Indent Approval, Indent Authorization, RFQ, Rate sorting, Rate Approval and Authorization and finally purchase order creation.
In addition, a tracker is also there which provides the status of indented material, i.e. quantity received, balance quantity, MRN Numbers, QC etc.

    it is absolutly right.
microsoft has entered in indian market with navision recently.
and it is continuously changing the product.
there are so many things which are required for indian business are not in navision.

so the better opption is to cust. them and cust. them in such manner so that they may be used for next customers.

Customize them in such a way that you create an add-on (into the add-on range). This way you can also sell it to other solution centers for their customers and have money for it!. And maybe it can also become part of the Indian localization.
