Stylesheet question

I have developed a stylesheet based on the sales header table and Sales List form with a relationship created between the sales header and sales line tables.
I simply wish to create an order confirmation word mail merged document containing all the orders listed in the Sales List form.
I have successfully created the merged word document however it only includes ONE sales order rather than all the listed sales orders.
What am I doing wrong??
