Print Analysis View

On the General Ledger menu, when you select the Analyses by Dimension menuitem you can see various views - logically. There is a print icon on the upper left corner of the screen, but it does not trigger the view to print. Is there a way to print this, or is it to view only, no print options? (I realize I can export it to Excel and print it there, but was hoping to avoid that step.) The client would like to see revenues and expenses, not the net change as seen in the Account Schedules.

Hi,

No, you cannot use the print button to print the screen. The only way you could print this screen by using the shift and print screen and then pasting it to word and printing.

Hello,

Regarding the print Icon, this only works if you have a report request form open. Really it is only an alternative to the 'Print' button on report request forms. If you do not have the report you wish to print open, then it does nothing as it does not know what to print.

As for the Analysis by Dimensions screen, I think the best answer is the "Export to Excel" function.
