User, groups and rights transfer from company to company

Hey how could I easilly transfer User/Users from an old company to new company.

If I use SQL server could I just add new users to the new company and copy the old users from old company with SSMS and then synchronice user with Navision, would that work?

I'm using MS NAV 4.0 SP3

    I think you don't need to copy users to a new company. The users are per database and not per company.

    When you assign role to users, you have the option to limit the role to certain company or apply to all companies in the same database. If you want your user to be able to access one company only, then you need to fill in the Company Name field. If you want your users to be able to access all companies in the database, just leave the Company Name field empty.
