Error on installation on vista

The installation of Navision SP3 Client proceeded, but upon opening the navision application it prompt this error "The errors in text convertion (text no. 46-100 does not exist in the stx file)."

What will i do to fix this error?

You have to get the Platform Update fix from PartnerSource (if you are a Microsoft Partner). Create a Support Request to obtain the fix.
