couldn't find anything regarding error 1 in module 48. But I found a great deal about error 2 in module 48.

Are you sure it's error 1?

here is what error 2 in module 48 means:

    48-2 #Err_Zup_PutDataSize (Module_Zup,Err_Fatal(2))
    Category ZUP - Errors

This is what I found in our support database :
    - It seems that this error occurs if you have plenty of filters set.
    - The reason for this error is that the ZUP has reached it's maximum recordsize.
    Solution :
When the zup is deleted the Error doesnt come up.

    Hi

    48-1 #Err_Zup_GetDataSize (Module_Zup,Err_Fatal(1))

is a Zup file error, i haven't got any other info on this yet.
Answer the question and wait for the answer.

    Tks for yr intersting.
as written I already deleted the file ZUP but without success.
I'm sure the error is nr. 1 in module 48
The client (running W2K) is in Italy and connect the server throught CITRIX. Citrix run properly. The problem is only with a user of Navision: this means that from the same PC if the connection is made by user "a" it is ok, if the connection to the navision server is made by user "b" the error come.
    ...
tks in advance if any other ideas!

it's a zup thing, but maybe you deleted the wrong zup file.

Check if that user has his own zup file store somewhere on the netwerk. If this option is enables, I thing there should be a 'USER' parameter in the shortcut that starts Navision.
