An NSC is a Navision Solution Centre. ot sure if they are affically called that anymore. They are Microsoft partners that are autohised to resell NAV.
As for how many thyoes of license there are. What do you wanna know.
For customers there is basically 2 licensing models noe Essentials and Advanced. The Advanced gives access to more of the basic product. There are also developer licenses that can allow for more access to the development enviroment. There used to be some special licenses that could be issued for various purposes, such as short term 'special' licenses that could be used for doing some testing, but they weren't issued very often.
